Order Policy:
Orders can only be placed for available items.
Paid orders, whether through Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payments, cannot be canceled or refunded.
Home delivery orders will be processed after confirmation from our Customer Care representative.

Technical errors in pricing may occur due to system malfunctions. In such cases, RETROO ATTIRE reserves the right to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Shipping Policy:
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Our shipping policy is as follows:
Inside Dhaka Delivery: Within 3 business days.
Outside Dhaka Delivery: Within 5 business days.
We collaborate with a third-party shipping service for deliveries, so the process may not always be entirely within our control. While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience, we sincerely apologize for any damage that may occur and promise to compensate accordingly.
